As required by the laws governing trade, all Cafiero S.r.l. shipments are accompanied by an official invoice stating the value of each individual item in Euro. Items on sale are reported at their discounted value.
Cafiero S.r.l. ships its orders from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 to 17:00. Orders placed at the weekend will be processed starting from the following Monday morning.
Average estimated delivery time from the date of shipment:
- USA and Canada: 4-6 days depending on the destination
- Europe: 2 days for major destinations / 3-4 days for remote destinations
- South America: 4-6 days
- Asia and Middle East: 4-6 days
- Australia and Oceania: 4-6 days for major destinations / 6-8 days for remote destinations
- Africa: 4-6 days
Cafiero S.r.l. shall not be held responsible for delays resulting from customs operations and controls or from acts of force majeure outside the control of Cafiero S.r.l.
Orders for items in stock will be shipped on the first working day following the day on which the order is placed, subject to confirmation of availability and bank validation for new customers.
The amount will be charged to your credit card on the day of shipment.
In all cases, Cafiero S.r.l. reserves the right to postpone shipment in the event of acts of force majeure.
Upon receipt of the goods, Customers are kindly requested to inspect the package carefully before signing for same as proof of delivery. If for any reason the package appears to have been tampered with, Customers are kindly requested to sign the receipt with reserve or to refuse the delivery. If the delivery is accepted by means of an unauthorised signature or if the package displays evidence of tampering, Customers are kindly requested to inform the courier at once and to email Cafiero S.r.l. at email@example.com. Customers who place an order with Cafiero S.r.l. establish a commercial relationship with same and therefore undertake to accept delivery of their package. If the package is not delivered for reasons attributable to the Customer (wrong address, recipient always absent, incorrect phone number, etc.), or if the Customer refuses delivery, shipping costs and any customs charges will be deducted from the refund due to the customer.
