Delivery methods

As required by the rules of the trade, all shipments are accompanied by Cafiero S.r.l. official invoice stating the value of the individual items in Euro. For items on sale the invoice shows the discounted amounts.

Delivery time

Orders are shipped from Cafiero S.r.l. from Monday to Friday within 9:00-17:30. Orders placed during the weekend will be processed on the following Monday morning.
Cafiero S.r.l. ship worldwide via DHL couriers and Artoni with standard service.
Average time estimated for delivery from date of shipment:

  • USA and Canada: 4-6 days depending on the destination
  • Europe: 2 days to major destinations / 3 - 4 days to remote destinations
  • South America: 4-6 days
  • Asia and the Middle East: 4-6 days
  • Australia and Oceania : 4-6 days to major destinations / 6-8 days to remote destinations
  • Africa: 4-6 days

Cafiero S.r.l. is not responsible for any delay due to customs inspections and operations or reasons of force majeure beyond the control of Cafiero S.r.l.

We would like to remind our customers that the new Cafiero S.r.l. will ask PayPal to contact the bank 's customer to get the approval for the payment, so that we can then proceed with the shipment. Such verification may cause some delay in shipping your first order.

Orders for items already available are shipped on the first working day following the one the order was placed, subject to confirmation of the availability of merchandise and verification banking for our new customers.
The credit card will be charged on the day of shipment.
During the sales or promotions shipments may take longer.
In all cases Cafiero S.r.l. reserves the right to delay dispatch in case of events of force majeure.

Delivery of the order

Upon arrival of the goods, customers are requested to carefully inspect the package before putting on a signature proof of delivery of the shipment. If for any reason the package is tampered, clients are asked to sign conditionally the receipt or to refuse the delivery . In the event that the delivery has been accepted with an unauthorized signature or there is evidence of tampering with the package, customers are asked to report the incident immediately to the carrier and contact Cafiero S.r.l. at
All customers who place an order establishing a business relationship with Cafiero S.r.l. and therefore undertake to accept a delivery of the parcel. If the package is not delivered due to causes employees to customer (wrong address, recipient absentee, phone number incorrectly, etc.) or if the customer refuses the delivery, shipping charges and any customs fees will be deducted from the refund due to the customer.
