Refund policy

If for any reason the customer is not satisfied with the purchase, items can be returned for color change, store credit or refund within 10 days from the date of shipment.

Instructions for the returns

The customer must send a request to the e-mail within 10 days from receipt of order to request permission to return.

In the e-mail address must be specified in the codes of the items you wish to return and desired compensation:

  • Change color
  • Store Credit
  • Reimbursement

Once we receive the return request, Cafiero S.r.l. send the customer a written confirmation containing the Return Authorization Number (RAN).

The refund must be made with the carrier indicated in the e-mail sent by Cafiero S.r.l. The Return Authorization Number must be written on the bill of lading, which must be completed as indicated in the e-mail address of the authorization received from the department Returns Cafiero S.r.l.

The return shipping will be FREE.

The customer can choose from 3 types of compensation:

  • Change article
The change can be made just for a different color of the same item, if available. The article can not be changed with a different model. There is only one free exchange of goods for each authorized return.
  • Store Credit

    It can be used only once within 3 months from the time of return. It may not be combined with any other Store Credit. It must be used entirely in one order of equal or greater value.
  • Reimbursement
Refunds will be processed as soon as the receipt is completed, verification and acceptance of the article made.

For orders paid with a credit card the amount refunded will be available to customers in approximately 10 days, and will still be visible on the next card statement.

Timing may vary slightly depending on the banking system of the credit card used.

For orders paid with Paypal the amount will be returned to the original account.

The returning items must be received at the offices of Cafiero S.r.l. within 14 days after written authorization by the department to the Customer Returns.

Terms and Conditions

The articles must not have been washed or altered, and must not show any sign of use.

All items must be returned with their original box, which is considered to all intents and purposes an integral part of the product itself and that should not have been in any way damaged and/or altered.

In the event that the customer receives defective goods, or if an error may occur in shipping by Cafiero S.r.l., is required to follow the same instructions above.

Cafiero S.r.l. reserves the right to request photographic evidence before authorizing returns for defective merchandise and bear the shipping costs for the return of the goods at their premises.

Cafiero S.r.l. reserves the right to refuse returns that are unauthorized or sent by courier services other than those specified in the mail with instructions to return. The acceptance of such returns however, involves a charge equal to 10% of the value of the returned goods.

Cafiero S.r.l. does not accept the returned goods if they do not comply with all terms and conditions provided for by the return policy. In these cases, the goods will be returned to the sender address of original shipment.
